Early online registration fees are $40 per adult for Rainbow Families members and $50 per adult for non-members. Kids’ Camp registration fees are $25 per child for members and $30 per child for non-members and must be made online. A family registration cap for those with four or more children is available—registration fees will apply to the first three children and the remaining children will be free.

After April 15, no registrations for Kids’ Camp will be allowed.

Late online registration will available through April 27 for adults only and fees will increase to $45 per adult for Rainbow Families DC members and $55 per adult for non-members.

Onsite registration will be available beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 30 for adults only; no onsite registration will be available for Kids’ Camp.  Onsite registration fees will increase to $50 per adult for Rainbow Families members and $60 per adult for non-members.

Rainbow Families wants to ensure both the 2016 Family Conference and Kids’ Camp are financially accessible to everyone. If the cost poses a barrier to your family's participation, please email Rainbow Families to discuss alternative pricing at info@rainbowfamiliesdc.org.

Registration Fees

The adult registration fee listed below includes continental breakfast, opening session, a full day of workshops, lunch and ice cream social. The Kids' Camp registration fee includes continental breakfast, a full day of age-appropriate activities, lunch and ice cream social. Registration fees are non-refundable and will be used for the attendance grant fund.

Early Adult Registration through April 15th:

RFDC Members:            $40 per person 
Non-Members:               $50 per person

Late Adult Registration through April 27th:

RFDC Members:            $45 per person 
Non-Members:               $55 per person

Adult ON-SITE Registration:

RFDC Members:            $50 per person
Non-members:               $60 per person

Kids’ Camp Registration through April 15th ONLY:

RFDC Members:            $25 per person
Non-Members:               $30 per person

If you are not currently a member of Rainbow Families, you will have an opportunity to activate your membership ($35 annual fee) prior to registering for the conference. This will enable you to receive the member discount for the Family Conference and other events throughout the year. This option exists on-site at the conference as well.

The biennial Family Conference is entirely self-supported and is financed by conference registration fees and the generous support of our sponsors. Because of our sponsors, we are able to offer a registration fee that is much lower than the actual per person cost to attend. Please be sure to thank our sponsors for their support of this program and our community.


Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  Cash, check, and credit card payments will also be accepted on-site for registration on the day of the conference.

Attendance Grants

We understand that attending the Family Conference may be cost-prohibitive for some families. We do not want this to prevent anyone from benefiting from the conference. Financial assistance is available for those families experiencing financial hardship. The Rainbow Families Family Conference Attendance Grant is a need-based award and provides reduced fees or waived registration to defray the expense of attending the conference.  If you wish to request a grant, please contact Rainbow Families at info@rainbowfamiliesdc.org.
