Maybe Baby Class Overview:
The Maybe Baby series is designed for prospective parents, singled, married or partnered, who are considering parenthood and interested in learning more about the options for building a family. The series covers a wide range of topics, including readiness, overview of adoption, assisted reproduction, and surrogacy; financial and legal issues; building a support network; decision making as a couple; considerations for single parenting; and the joys and challenges of being an LGBTQ-headed family. The class is designed to provide a balance of active discussion and sharing, as well as to gain practical, accurate information that helps set the foundation for moving forward.
In order to insure you get the most out of this class, please indicate your gender identity on the registration form. Your gender identity is an important piece of information for group facilitators to understand your needs as an individual or a couple, to identify the paths to parenthood that may be available to you, and assign you to the appropriate track of classes.
Location: Whitman Walker Health, 1525 14th St. NW, Washington, DC 20009
Cost: The cost is $250 per couple, $150 for singles.

Family Camp Weekend provides LGBTQ families with the very unique opportunity to forge personal connections and build community with one another. Together, parents and children spend the entire weekend enjoying the outdoors!
A Note About Yom Kippur & Camp Weekend: Rainbow Families would like to acknowledge that this year's Camp Weekend falls on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. We recognize that some of our families may not be able to attend as a result and sincerely apologize for this fact. Unfortunately, when securing this year's dates, this weekend was the only one available to us. Those who celebrate Yom Kippur and would still like to attend camp weekend are welcome and encouraged to bring their families observance to Camp Tockwogh. We welcome your input in how we can incorporate your celebration into our weekend together. We are in the process of securing 2018's dates early and will work to prevent any future conflicts with important religious observances and holidays. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.
Registration fees depend on your housing selecton $110-$160 per person (children and adults 4 years of age and up). Registration includes accommodations for two nights, all activities, and five meals.
