The Rainbow Families Annual Conference has been a valued tradition for LGBTQ+ families since 2003. Informative & uplifting workshops, community-making, fostering pride & hope, and the opportunity to connect with businesses and service providers who work with us every day.
As was the case with our 2020 Conference, this will be an entirely virtual event. While we will surely miss the chance to be together in person, last year’s virtual conference showed us the power of digital connection, and it was one of our best-attended conferences ever. Going virtual has also allowed us to expand our audience, and we expect to once again welcome attendees from across the country at this year’s Conference.

Rainbow Families has several opportunities to partner with us throughout the year. Our Annual Family Conference, however, is the most visible program; a celebrated community tradition since our first conference in 2003.
Why become a Rainbow Families Conference Sponsor?

Not Able to Sponsor, But Want to Show Support?
At past Conferences, we sold advertisements in our printed Conference Program which ran from $250-500 depending on size and placement.
In this virtual setting, we have a Conference listing for “Friends of Rainbow Families”. With a flat fee of $150, you receive acknowledgement on our Conference page, which is open now and will remain for a full year.

Donate a Raffle Item
Each year we gratefully accept community partners’ products or services to support the Conference and our other programs through the year.
The Raffle Program is routinely mentioned in our marketing and advertising efforts, in added recognition for you.
We offer in-kind donation receipts for all goods or services donated to Rainbow Families.
Thank you for considering a donation, and for supporting LGBTQ+ families, equality, and the good work we do.
3/17/2021 Update: This year we plan to do an online Silent Auction as our fundraiser (instead of a raffle, to comply with local regulations)
We are extremely grateful for any donations made to Rainbow Families. These help us generate needed revenue to carry out the important services we offer year-round. Programs our community – and our sponsors – care about.
The 3rd party auction system we will utilize, allows the opportunity for us to proudly showcase each item, with a description of the source/donor, link to get more information about you, and more. Please note, we are unable to reduce sponsorship fees in exchange for donations.
